“The idea for this project initially came from Jon Hopkin’s new record
‘Singularity’.
It was during the time I was listening to the record and wrapping up
my mixing and mastering studies at Ableton Liveschool where I for
some unknown reason became very nostalgic.
This triggered me to revisit some of my early childhood television
memories; ABC Kids and the Sam Rami Spider-Man Trilogy.
This brought about the creation of this two-track musical endeavour
focused around applying my producer knowledge into a new realm of
sound design and sample usage, as well as giving my music a distinct
individual personality centred around the theme of Aussie childhood
nostalgia.”
